1. Breathe. Deeply. Right Now.
2. Remember, often, “the reason for the season”.
3. Breathe, again.
4. Drink plenty of water. Yes. I am serious. It helps.
5. Drive 5 mph slower. Everywhere.
6. Mute your phone–for at least 1/2 hour per day. (The world will still be here!)
7. Eat SLOWLY with Enjoyment. (That’s the point of all that delicious Holiday food).
8. Smile. A Lot! At Everyone. Including yourself.
9. In fact, LAUGH. Every chance you get!
10. Say regularly, “I am enough. I have enough. I do enough.” And families, “We are enough. We have enough. We do enough”. ( Believe me you WILL feel better for it).
11. Give Thanks for the blessings in your life.
12. Finally, Remember the JOY! And Pass It On!
Many Blessings and a Joyful Holiday Season to you!

Very useful for me, thanks so much
Hi there. I just wished to make you aware that some components of your site are difficult to scan for me, as I’m color blind. I am a sufferrer of deuteranopia, but there are more sorts of color blindness that will also get difficulties. I can read most of the web site OK, and those parts I have problems with I am able to understand by using a custom browser. In any case, it would be cool if you would consider us color-blind folk while undertaking your next web page re-working. Many Thanks.
